Small Groups

As the Discipleship Pastor at Word of Life Church, my job is to help people grow in the Christian virtues of faith, hope, and love as followers of Jesus Christ. We do not grow in isolation, we need other people; we need a small group. We were created for community, because we were created in the image of God who is a holy community: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Large group gatherings for worship, Scripture reading, and instruction are indispensable in our spiritual growth, but large groups, like Sunday morning worship, are not enough for growth and transformation into Christ-likeness.
